Mysterious blue dots

I bought 14 blankets from you last year for my grandchildren and they love them! I received this order very quickly. However, as I was looking at the Large Floral I noticed a blue dot on the white area and tried to get it out with a little soap and water. That didn't work so I tried a little alcohol and that didn't take it out either. Then I started looking overall on the blanket and there are many of these blue dots. I'm wondering if your printer is not working properly and is somehow putting these dots on the blankets. What would you suggest?
